extension, the solution most often used being money, it represents the act of making a capital available for a project.<\/p><p>Funding is mostly gathered from Investors by a Financier or an Investment Bank distributing securities on behalf of a company called Issuer because it issued its securities.<\/p><p><strong>There are two main forms of financing:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The Credit, also called Debt.<\/li><li>The Equity (of Own Funds) also called Capital or Contribution.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b6212f class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Financing Principle<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div to<\/p><blockquote><p>exchange information allowing the Investor to appraise the investment opportunity against an investment.<\/p><\/blockquote><p><strong>Here are the reasons:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To invest, the investor needs to know that the opportunity exists.<\/li><li>It must be able to evaluate the risk \/ reward ratio.<\/li><li>Familiarity creates trust, the illusion of information and the illusion of control.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9356c3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9356c3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Criteria for Admission to Financing<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7119c9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7119c9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>In order for a company to be admitted as an Issuer by the Financial Community, it must meet the following criteria:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Operate in a buoyant market.<\/li><li>Be transparent.<\/li><li>Do not be a One Man Show.<\/li><li>To have a Competent Management, in Team.<\/li><li>Have a unique character.<\/li><li>Have a Competitive Advantage.<\/li><li>Being international or at least present in the country of quotation, usually the United States.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36adbaf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"36adbaf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title REAL INFORMATION, FAVORABLE OR NOT DELAYS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af3fe11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" designations:<\/p><p>The <strong>Prospectus<\/strong> \u0438\u043b\u0438 <strong>Disclosure Document<\/strong> are generic terms.<\/p><p>The <strong>\u041a\u0440\u0430\u0442\u043a\u043e\u0435 \u0441\u043e\u0434\u0435\u0440\u0436\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435<\/strong>, <strong>\u0410\u0431\u0441\u0442\u0440\u0430\u043a\u0442\u043d\u044b\u0439<\/strong> \u0438\u043b\u0438 <strong>Executive Summary<\/strong> is a summary which should be limited to determining the interest of the Prospect for Investment.<\/p><p>The <strong>PPM<\/strong>, <strong>Private Placement Memorandum<\/strong> \u0438\u043b\u0438 <strong>Private Offering Memorandum<\/strong> are terms designating a Prospectus describing a Private Issue.<\/p><p>The <strong>Preliminary Prospectus<\/strong> \u0438\u043b\u0438 <strong>Red Herring<\/strong> is a term designating a provisional prospectus (without Price or Issue Date) describing a Public Issue.<\/p><p>The <strong>Public Offering Prospectus<\/strong> is a term designating a prospectus describing a Public Offering.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5f7f38 elementor-widget world of Finance, a Financier brings together the Financing of the Company (also called Issuer), through the sale of Securities to Investors through Brokers and Traders.<\/li><li>The Financing Class<\/li><li>There are two main categories of financing:<ul><li>The Debt in English Debt, in which all forms of Credit can be found.<\/li><li>Equity also called Capital, which includes all of the fhe forms of Contribution.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5995c87 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\"
