                 Ask for a copy of all the Articles of Incorporation of the organization and information on
                   business partners
                 Ask for a copy of all the proposals of the business's directors' and leading governing
                   board for an analysis
                 Request a list of committees and shareholders of the company.
                 Ask for a summary of the number of shares held by each shareholder of the business
                 Have the business provide you with the State Secretary's Certificate of Good Standing

                 Have the business send a report on how operational decisions and agreements are made
                 Obtain annual business reports from the company for the previous three years at least
                 Ask for a list of all the states where the organization is authorized to do business
                 Ask for a summary of the corporate strategies and strategic plans of an organization for
                   the previous three years
                 Ask for an illustration of the organizational structure of the business, including
                   documentation related to all employees, directors, and board members

               Licenses and Tax Items

                 Ask for a copy of all operational and business licenses of the organization issued by the
                   State Secretary of the regions where it is doing business

                 Ask for a report on all the details on the tax agreement of the organization
                 Ask for a list of international, federal, and state taxation information for the previous
                   three years from the business
                 Ask for a summary of all the tax-related information for the last five fiscal years
                 Ask for a summary of the business’s government licenses and permits.
                 Ask for a copy of the last three years' income tax records
                 Ask for a summary of the last three years’ job tax filings

               Company Employees and Board Information

                 Ask for copies of the business's employment lists, including all board directors,
                   executives, and employees
                 Ask for details about each employee regarding their status in the company, roles, and
                   salary

                 Ask for details regarding each company position’s employee benefits and privileges
                 Ask for a summary of the policies of the organization regarding sick leave and employee
                   problem solving
                 Ask for a summary of health insurances and other insurances provided to employees
                 Ask for resumes of all the company's key employees
                 Ask for a copy of all employee audits of the business for the previous three years

                Financial Items

                 Ask for a copy of all previous arrangements with investment bankers or brokers
