This SPAC – Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation- has the purpose of keeping Gustave Eiffel’s legacy alive, to make it evolve into the 21st century and to make it known around the world along with the French culture and art as its mission. It intends to conceive, develop and build french districts around the world directly as promoter or by licensing Real Estate Land Banks that can benefit from the Eiffel branding.
