The authorities and the courts are facing more and more complex issues, leading to an increased risk of error. In several recent cases, because of the lack of a competent Expert, serious injustices have been committed. The Federation of Experts Without Borders was created in Geneva to fill this void.

Outside of trials, experts of all kinds are asked more and more for advice. The topics include political, scientific, technological, financial and others. The difficulty of rapidly finding a competent expert is significant. To support those who need expertise, the Federation of Experts Without Borders brings together and accredits International Experts.

Geneva has been chosen as the world headquarters for the Federation Experts Without Borders. Announcements are planned throughout 2020. The first will take place on Thursday 23 January at the Center of International Conferences of Geneva (CICG), room 03 starting at 6.30 pm. On these occasions, experts and applicants will be informed of this new tool now at their disposal.

Co-founded by Mr. Marc Deschenaux, Mr. Jacques Vialat, Mr. Maxime Lagane, Mr. Fu Che, Mrs. Eléa Schmied, Timothée Bauer Esq., Mr. Guy Girod, Mr. Gilles Léraillé, Mr. Mohamed Es Fih, Mr. Sammy Wasem, Mr. Olivier Pahud, Mr. Vincent Garrigoux, Mr. Manouk der Stépanian, Mr. Richard M. Greenberg, Mr. Gene Massey et Mrs. Hayet Bouzid; the Federation of Experts Without Borders was joined by l’Ordre Mondial des Experts Internationaux founded by M. Jacques Vialat and supported by Cour Internationale de Médiation et d’Arbitrage (CIMEDA) and Cour Africaine de Médiation et d’Arbitrage (CAMAR) founded by its President M. Ali Ouhmid, and has a partnership with World Public Economy Organization founded by Mr. Fu Che and for the training, under management of Mrs. Eléa Schmied, with l’Institut des Experts Internationaux founded by Mr. Jacques Vialat.
